In LEVEL UP YOUR FITNESS, have your class create their own unique fitness game! First, they should list the types of exercise they naturally did when they were kids, such as jump roping, shooting hoops with friends, or playing tag, and consider how those activities might be incorporated into a “recess workout” like the one in the article. Then, have them use the game board provided in the skills sheet (or design their own) to create a fun fitness game to use during the week.
